No Refund Policy
All purchases made on Osmium AI are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription or plan is activated, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction with AI responses, or accidental purchases.

Free Tier Availability
Osmium AI offers a free tier with 20 messages per day, requiring no payment or credit card. We strongly encourage users to evaluate the platform using the free tier before making any purchase.

Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Access will continue until the end of the paid period.

Technical Issues
In the rare event of a verified technical failure on our end that prevents access to paid features for an extended period, we may, at our sole discretion, offer account credits or service extensions. This does not constitute a cash refund.

Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us at hello@navchetna.tech may result in immediate suspension of your account. We encourage users to reach out to us directly to resolve any billing concerns.

Enterprise & Institutional Plans
For enterprise or institutional plans, refund terms may be separately negotiated and documented in the service agreement. Contact hello@navchetna.tech for enterprise billing queries.
